I picked Lefora because after looking at other sites which offered free forums Lefora seemed to be the only one that was presenting forum software in a new way. The other ones had admin panels within admin panels that seemed to stretch on for days. And, their software seemed outdated. I liked Lefora's sleek admin panel and the clean appearance.

We have been a Facebook group for quite some time due to it's user-friendliness in uploading photos and the photo gallery mainly... but still feel a forum is best to keep things together.

I've made a couple of requests for improvements elsewhere, so thought I really ought to point out something about Lefora that has been really great so far - the excellent search engine optimization.
You've done a really great job with this. After 2 months or so, with 130-odd members and 600-odd posts, my forum topics have been appearing on front-page Google and MSN searches all over the place, and the Headlines page has already hit a Google page rank of 3. On my previous (phpbb) forum, it took six months and five thousand posts or so to get the same page rank, and much poorer results in terms of search listings.
So while we're all in here asking you to fix or add new things, I want to say that what you've done with search engine optimization is really encouraging! Great stuff.

I have been looking for a program to set up a site for an on-line gaming community. I have tried several. It's either sql doesn't work, server incompatible, wrong OS, and on, and on. It's one thing or another. I stumbled across Lefora and had the site up and running, with 15 categories, and other things in 10 minutes. TEN MINUTES. Why, for the love that's good, don't more people set up their software to be so simple, yet powerful to use.
To the developers at Lefora, you have my respect. Being retired military of 21 years, I do not give respect lighty. I believe respect needs to be earned. To that, you have paseed this above and beyond.
Super program that's easy to set up. Instructions were simple, easy to understand, not a ton of useless explanations, very well written. Excellent work, superior to what I have seen so far. Love the ease of use.
