After I made this forum I realised that it was a minor mistake to pick this forum company, as I cannot use much BB-codes (colors, fonts, images) and I cannot even see the names of people who posted (see the left, under the portraits). But anyways, If this was another forum, I would have made the Months and people who have their B-day in that month according to the colors of the rainbow (Januari Red, Februari Orange, etc). Here's a four man dungeon where banes are not the best strategy.  As usual, you'll want all of these drops as well as the materials for crafting.

Difficulty: Easy - Moderate

• CPB magic is the dominant strategy
• Some people like focus, some people don't.  The tentacles only have 4 spirit but get revived a bunch of times, so sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't.  I don't bother with focus, but that's a personal preference rather than the optimal strategy.
• He targets the person with the lowest ward.  Thus, no one should use ward.  This attack also gives -28 melee (ongoing), making melee a bad choice of damage
  
• The tentacles do melee damage.  Offset this by using armor.  Correctly timed psychic cries and wind walls are quite nice as well, since they will save your party quite a bit of damage each time.  Psychic cry is definitely superior since it negates the -next magic penalty as well as their melee damage.
• Vita banishment is nice to decrease his magic attack.  Magebane isn't so good because of his poison duration reducer and the chance of targeting a tentacle.

Here's another of the 4 man raids.  Here you're up against Wilrynn.  Again, all the drops are useful, so you'll want a full set of each.

Difficulty: Easy-Moderate

• Like in CotE, banes are king here.  You'll obviously want to extend them too.
  
• Don't bother to debuff him or use CPB.  One of his attacks normalizes everyone.
• You'll want to attack his willpower as well as his health.  If you don't, he's got a move that consumes willpower to do up to 420 damage.  Nightmare is good, as are voodoo heads
• Your group should all have the same amount of charms.  He targets the person with the highest spirit, so that'll spread the damage around
• Throw in strikes and scabbards for points in charm alchemist.  He's not incredibly difficult, so you might as well take advantage of the opportunity to skill up.

I've been using the following for this fight.  You'll probably need to swap in your most damaging banes in place of the Inq charms I'm using.  Note that longer banes can be better - they're more likely to be extended and thus do more damage over the course of the fight than higher damage banes with a shorter duration.

“Our first and only concern is protecting our player community as we know the high value players place on their unique accounts” continued Gerhard. “Players invest years of time and effort into developing their RuneScape character so the theft of a RuneScape account shouldn’t be treated differently to the theft of any other valuable possessions such as a games console, television or car. Our internal investigations revealed that just a handful of individuals are responsible for over 95% of all account hijacking in RuneScape and we have a zero tolerance approach to anyone who attempts to undermine the integrity of our vibrant community. I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation to the professional and hard-working individuals at the PCeU and the FBI, who are assisting us with similar actions in the USA.”

he further went on to say ...

“Account theft and the use of phishing websites is a problem facing the entire online games industry and Jagex maintains a specialist team to combat any law breaking within our games”...“Where there is any evidence to suggest someone has committed a crime, as is clearly the case with any phishing or hijacking, we work closely with law enforcement agencies around the world to bring these people to account.”

[ Okay so...heres what I think of all these ambitious undertakings.
Cool ideas, definitely.
Im going to allow you a talent called [Cantrip Tinkering]. Since you have such a wild imagination, and I really enjoy the things you think of, Ill allow you to craft imbues (like Wulfrics flaming arrow, for instance)...ANY imbue you can imagine.
The catch is, the damage or usefulness will be limited AND IT MUST BE NON-MAGICAL. Really, your power,  should come through more difficult imbues (like your lore of metal ones, which I will put up by tomorrow)
So any time you think of a cool idea like that, then yeah, put it into work (make sure its believable and suitably minor)
Your big imbues will be given to you as you level up.
For example, this imbue that you are giving Wulfric will be +1 fire damage. remember, +1 is NOT negligible. Our gaming mechanics are very high-risk low wound.

As far as smithing arts sword, I cant let you do that. Sure, you have a limited knowledge of metallurgy but you are not a smith. Thats not to say you can NEVER become one, but thats where talents and levelups come in. You dont wanna be able to do everything right off the bat! :)  You could try and jury-rig it, but your success rate for untrained smithing would be very low.
Same with siege engine mechanics. Sure, you could conceive it, but you need to put in substantial talent points to be effective at it.
Im not saying rika isnt a great engineer already, because she is. But I want her to have room to grow, yeah? You need to specialize in these kinds of things.
So, as for your Cantrip Tinkering, I will add
[Flaming Impact Arrows: +1 Fire Damage to Projectiles. (non-magical damage)  Must have ample time to equip arrows...no more than 10 arrows may be stored at once]

1. Don't be a dick.  There's joking around, and there's going to far. Most of you know I'm prone to slap someone disarming the bomb, but i usually will only do it once or twice, leaving them enough time to actually defuse it.  And i ONLY do it to members.

2. Don't restrict guns just because you dont like them. Every gun in the game has a purpose.  I had the para banned on me once because the guys nubed it up and i got 4 at once.  But when they banned it, i left the server and never went back. I don't want people not returnign to our server because they think we can't man up to getting pwnt every now and then.  However, if there are 7 Ts campng spawn all with awps, thats another story. But leave em like 1 or 2.

3. A bunch of you guys have been asking me ppolicies regarding kick/ban.  So i want to make this perfectly clear, while im sober (lulz). If they're being dumb, team flashing,  argumentative, afk, or something not hellaciously wrong: kick. If they're trying to start a fight by being all interwebz tough guys, hacks,  or just being a douche: ban em. I don't care how long that ban liste gets, it doesn't bother me a bit. But dont forget, yoiu can mute, move to spec, whatever.  There are other tools than the kick/ban buttons.  Most of you probably know this, but just in case, if anyone joins the server sporting a tag [myg0t], immediate permban.  i dont care if they're real or fakin it.

4. Be careful with noclip.  I enjoy noclipping around every now and then and just harrassing the other team, but i don't shoot them while doing so.  If I catch anyone noclipping just so they can win, I'm banning your ass in a heartbeat.  I liek to think of myself as a nice guy, and I want out PUB'rs to think that about us.  Not that we are taking advantage of the people that want to play on our server.

5. Mic spamming has come up recently.  We talk a lot, and we have a good time with it.  But my concern is that we bother people.  One part of me says "fuck em its my server and im having fun", but the other side says "we wont have anyone to play with if we piss everyone off."  so be gentle on the mics, thats why I got the vent server.  Right now it's channel-less, but we'll get that fixed.  Dont be afraid to invite someone in either. What I dont want is for people out of clan to use my vent as their vent to talk to their gf while shes on vacation or something.  If they wanna help pay for it, i dont care if they have vent sex and I'll even make a channel for it.

I think that covers about everything.  All admins are expected to sign this to show me you fully understand what I'm saying..  Refusal to do so will be removal of admin abilities.
